Disable the subtitles that come with the original upload. Theyre named ' Track 1' and import the new ones. Then apply the new subtitles uploaded on Mega named 'Track 2'. Can someone tell me what to do with the Softsub? Im kind of a noob at this I just want a translation worthy of detective conan(even though the quality of the cases degraded). Things like 'did happened ' and stuff like that kills me inside. Im sorry but you could ask most people with interest in dc and they would go ahead and check the 'correctness' 'off' the subs.

I'm sorry if this comment is not helpful to your concern. You can open the video file of Conan movie in VLC media player, then go to 'subtitle' tab, add the subtitle file. (.ass) I do not own a sub group, I just do this for DC Conan fans to understand the movie after that awkward subtitle I saw from kissanime.
