I love a lot about this game but there are some things they should add to improve it.

I mean shouldn’t you get a huge reward for competing 100 battles? And don’t say that you should save all the talent points and souls cause most likely the player is going to use his talent points and souls. #4 The faction war shop: So there is not a big problem with it but I would say to reduce klassic sub-zero and klassic scorpion by 200 red crystals. Other than that, I think overall this game is fantastic!

I have 9 out of 39 challenge characters maxed. Whenever I buy an Elite Pack, which supposedly has a 7% chance for a diamond character and a 93% chance for a challenge character, I seem to get ONLY the 9 characters I’ve already maxed (even though in theory all the challenge characters should have the same drop rate). In 20 packs I’ve gotten 0 diamonds and only 6 characters that weren’t already maxed out. Each pack costs 360 souls. That means I have essentially wasted around 5000 souls in exchange for literally nothing. That’s when I started to get suspicious that not every card was available in the pack, or that the drop rates were structured to increase once you get a character maxed out. I contacted WB games about this, and thus began a 4 day long email thread in which they would email me back approximately once a day.

The first 3 days they literally ignored my question, giving me info that didn’t have to do with what I asked. Finally, when it became clear I wasn’t going to drop the subject, they said “we don’t have that information. Last Shao Kahn relic hunt, I completed all the towers but it had me stuck on 90% complete and I didn't get the character. I assumed maybe there was an update coming out and that was causing the glitch, but I never got the character. There are times when the game works fantastic, and other times its super annoying. When you tag in, sometimes it has a delay on letting you hit, which in turn causes you to take massive damage causing you to lose matches quickly.

There are also times in faction wars when they match you with teams that are “unbeatable” in your second round and you can’t move forward. These are the times when I sometimes stop playing for months at a time because what’s the point in playing when you can’t move forward? I’ve been playing the app for 3 years now so obviously it has a fantastic appeal, but there’s are periods when I stop playing for months at a time. You do have to spend some money on the app to level up your characters so you can win souls and coins to enter challenges and relic hunts to win character cards to stack up your players.

All in all I love playing but there are some glitches that people may not want to deal with or spend money for.
